The Sustainable Supply Chain International Student Competition – organised by the ISEKI-Food Association in collaboration with UNIBO-Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Italy, as part of the NextFOOD project - has been running since February 2019 with student teams from universities worldwide competing in a competition game based on participatory education and action learning to find the best solutions to a specific production or process problem/challenge in sustainable food systems. The project challenge during this 1st cycle was:
How can we define and ensure holistic and measurable quality
that consumers understand?
During the final virtual workshop, the student teams will present their projects and eventually the winning team will be awarded!
The Final Virtual Workshop is open to anyone interested in sustainable aquaculture, virtual learning and participatory education and action-learning.
