The FoodFactory-4-Us Final Virtual Conference took place 7 June 2018 from 10 AM - 1 PM CEST with final presentations of all the projects in presence of industry and multiplayer representatives and nomination of the 2 winning teams:
- SMART PASTRY with the project "Use of natural potential of non-typical species of wheat to extend the freshness of pastry"
- IMAGINEERS with the project "Innovative solutions to extend shelf life of button mushrooms"
