The food industry needs professionals, with up-to-date competences and motivated to work in the food industry.
FOODCAREERS, developed by the ISEKI-Food Association, is offering a certification scheme for the recognition of knowledge and skills of professionals working in various fields of the food sector FOODCAREERS supports food professionals certifying their actual competences and providing them with a continuous professional development plan, based on clear career goals.
At the moment, guidance is available for progression routes on food quality and safety and on food product development. Further qualifications are considered to be developed.
