Job description: 

• Development and enhancements of recipes for customers in the field of bakery, confectionery and chocolate
• Responsibility for selection, testing and judging novel B2B raw materials for our bakery and confectionery recipes, as well as careful documentation of results
• Securing effective project handling and communication with the different involved sections (sales, technical project management, QA, purchasing department)
• Autonomous planning and realization of pilot trials
• Close cooperation with our Döhler Business Units, Research & Innovation teams und suppliers
• Consideration of market trends and implementation into attractive concepts in close contact to our product managers
• Supporting customer workshops and visits, together with our key account managers for presentation of novel products, concepts and solutions

Required Knowledge: 

Your profile:
• Ability to work in a team
• High communication and problem solving competencies
• Job experience in the confectionery or bakery sector
• University degree in food technology or comparable study subject
• Vocational training as a food technologist or confectioner desirable
• Good PC knowledge, especially SAP R/3
• Good English skills
• Willingness to travel
