Responsabilities related to customer technical management, with the support of the R&D senior project manager
 Participating in client´s visits and audits to the industrial plants and R&D centers
 Periodical follow-up visits on all technical related issues: status on R&D projects, production issues, optimizations, proactivities – followed by internal and external reporting
 Supervision of customer complaint responses related to R&D
 Working close with the Sales team on CRM/ SCM and negotiation/budgeting activities

Responsabilities related to project development
 Technical brief interpretation and follow-up leading to formulation, sample expedition, reworking and product scale-up
 Formulation definition for costing purposes, optimization procedures and internal profitability projects
 Making and/or supervising technical data sheets for finished products
 Definition of proactivity projects, together with other departments (Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Industrial)
 Joint projects with the Innovation & Technology team

Responsabilities related to Industrial tests
 Defining product specifications and recipes for Industrial production, using internal dedicated software tools
 Coordination of the industrial tests and first productions, including production transfers between industrial units

Responsabilities related to team management
 Task assignment, monitoring and continuous improvement
