The EuFooD-STA Webinar "Flavourings – Focus on use of the term “Natural” - Regulation (EC) Nº 1334/2008 on flavourings and certain food ingredients with flavouring properties for use in and on foods" took place May 16, 2017.

The presenter:
Ana Oliveira is graduated in Food Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (ESB-UCP). She collaborates with Frulact since 2004, first as R&D Technician and Raw Material Specialist and since 2015 as coordinator of Regulatory and Specifications team. Ana is also a member of the Group Food Safety Team.
