You supervize autonomously workshop activities including cutting and packaging of our meat products. To do this, you manage a team consisting of a deputy and six supervisors. Your missions will focus on the following activities: - Management, organization and monitoring of work of 55 people - Management of production planning and managing staff schedules - Management and monitoring of service providers teams - Supervision of traceability products - Ensures supply of raw materials - Ensure compliance with customer specifications and deadlines - Ensure compliance procedures Quality, Health, Safety and Environment - Implementation and monitoring performance indicators (yield deboning trimming ...) - Animation of meetings, continuous improvement projects
